Q. Is delivery discreet and is ordering confidential?
A. Yes. We send your dvds in discreet, plain packaging that does not indicate the contents.
Q. What are your postage and packing charges?
A. Delivery is completely FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom, Eire & Europe. Delivery is £2 per dvd to any other country.
Q. Do I have to receive the dvd cases and/or covers if I do not want them?
No. We provide an option during the checkout procedure so you can choose if you want the plastic cases and/or the colour covers sending, or whether you just require the dvd discs only for maximum discretion. If you choose "discs only", we despatch in a small jiffy bag which makes it very difficult to identify that the envelope contains dvds.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. All major Credit Cards and Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch. Sorry, we do not accept cheques, cash, postal orders or any other forms of payment at the moment.
Q. What name appears on my credit / debit card statement?
A. Your credit card is charged in our company name of PnP Media or Z.Inc and not in the name of our website
Q. What currency will the charge be in?
A. Your card will be charged in US Dollars.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours of purchase some products drift out of availability. In this case they will be marked as so on the product pages. All 'In-Stock' items will marked as 'ships immediately'. Orders for more than one dvd may arrive in separate shipments, but you should receive your complete order within 2-7 days (UK/Europe) & 7-14 days (rest of the world). days. However due to occasional delays in the postal system, we ask you to wait 21 days before contacting us about an order that may not have arrived.
We aim to dispatch 'On Order' items within 7 working days, though may take up to 28 days. If you wish to receive your DVD as soon as possible look for the 'In-Stock' text on the product page.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Yes, we ship to any country in the world.
Q. How do you deliver your orders?
A. All shipments to United Kingdom addresses are posted from within the UK, and are processed, handled and delivered by Royal Mail. Orders for non-UK orders are sent using international airmail.
Q. Is delivery guaranteed?
A. Yes, absolutely.
Q. Are all you products in stock?
A. All our products are 100% in stock, if our site displays the product then we have that product in stock.
Q. My order has not arrived after 21 days. What do I do?
A. Please email info@roue.com and we will promptly look into the matter.
Q. Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
A. If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
Q. Will Adult DVDs play on my DVD player?
A. All of the titles we sell are 'Region 0', this means there is no regional coding and are playable worldwide. DVDs are formatted either PAL or NTSC and some old TVs may not be able to handle a NTSC signal, check your TV menu options and ensure it is able to accept both PAL and NTSC signals or you can set your DVD player to output a pseudo-PAL signal called PAL60 by flicking a switch on the back of the player or in the DVD player menu options.
